Madinat Jumeirah, The Arabian Resort - Dubai, is a magnificent tribute to Dubai's heritage and is styled to resemble an ancient Arabian citadel. Water views are in abundance with many rooms overlooking the warm Arabian Gulf, others facing the meandering waterways and passing abras (water taxis). There are also 3.7 km of working waterways with fully operational abras (traditional water taxis) which transport guests from their rooms to the restaurants and beach.
DAR AL MASYAF
The traditional courtyard summer houses of old Arabia have inspired these beautifully designed stand-alone, two-storey houses. They represent the premium accommodation of the Resort and suit the guest seeking a more intimate hideaway within Madinat Jumeirah. All the houses are accessible by waterway or by paths which wind their way through the richly landscaped gardens.
There are two house types, Arabian and Gulf each offering luxurious guest rooms and suites. The Dar Al Masyaf Gulf summer houses offer superb access to the beach and all benefit from privileged locations within the Resort. All can be configured to accommodate one to three guest rooms, depending on specific requirements, and are ideal for small groups or families.
Nestled amidst the waterways of Madinat Jumeirah, a unique restaurant serves the guests of Dar Al Masyaf. PaiThai is both Dar Al Masyaf's all day dining restaurant and, in the evenings, a contemporary Thai experience of substantial style. PaiThai features extensive terraces for al fresco dining and fine views of the waterways.
